Where you manage people

Members in Global lists everyone in your company, with a head count. Click a row to open that person's Details. Roles themselves are handled in Roles & Access.

Global is shown to Admins and the Owner. You can also reach Members from Members and roles under Settings on the left rail.

Inviting someone

Press Invite Member, enter an email address, choose a role and press Send Invitation. The roles you can choose include the built-in roles and any roles your company has created.

The Owner and Admins can invite and remove members.

A member's details

  • Member Info — name, email address, role, status and the date they joined
  • Brand Access — "All brands in this tenant" or "Only the brands selected below"; Admins and the Owner can change it
  • Individual exceptions — add a permission for this person only, either Anywhere or for One brand; you can only grant permissions you hold yourself
  • App access — a role inside each app
  • Change Role — choose a New Role and press Apply; only the Owner can change roles
  • Remove Member

Built-in roles and what they allow

  • Owner — everything, including changing roles, subscriptions and billing, activating apps and the keys that connect outside services
  • Admin — day-to-day administration: inviting and removing members, brands, organization settings, publishing and approving content, sending and broadcasting on LINE and WhatsApp, and Sales and Support work and configuration. Cannot change roles, manage subscriptions or activate apps
  • Member — work inside the apps: Sales and Support work, editing content, AI assistance and running workflows. Their edits become proposals that wait for approval under Proposals in Knowledge. Cannot publish
  • Content Editor — a member's work, plus their own edits are final and they can publish
  • Channel Publisher — sends LINE and WhatsApp messages to named recipients, edits and publishes the content for those sends, and tags contacts. Cannot broadcast
  • Viewer — read only: viewing the dashboard, opening apps and reading documents

Creating your own roles

Roles & Access lists the roles. Roles marked Built-in are shared by every company and cannot be edited here.

Anyone holding the Manage roles permission (among the built-in roles, the Owner) can press New role to define a role of your own, such as "our editor": give it a display name and a description, tick its permissions and press Save. The list of permissions only shows the ones you hold yourself.

If you find yourself adding the same exception for every new hire, that is the signal to make it a role. Creating and editing roles needs the Manage roles permission; among the built-in roles only the Owner holds it.

Conversation Veterans

Conversation Veterans in Global shows who in your company contributes the most valuable conversation knowledge. It is shown to Admins and the Owner.
