Console settings

Settings on the left rail opens Console settings. It is the way into company-wide settings; each card takes you to the screen that owns that setting.

  • Connections — links to outside services; shown to people who hold that permission (such as the Owner)
  • AI Providers — the API keys used to call AI, and AI credits; shown to people who hold that permission (such as the Owner)
  • Members and roles, Organization and Security — open to Admins and the Owner
  • Keyboard shortcuts — ⌘K for the command palette, ⌘T for a new tab, ⌘W to close a tab, ⌘1-9 to switch tabs, Esc to close

Organization

Organization in Global shows your organization name and tenant key. The tenant key cannot be changed.

Under Locale & Timezone, choose the Default Language and Timezone and press Save Settings. These are the company defaults, used when a person has not chosen their own.

Security

Security in Global shows the security policies that apply to sign-in and sessions.

Notifications Inbox

Notifications Inbox in Global lists the notifications addressed to your company. Filter by All or Unread; when there are unread ones, Mark all read appears. Unread notifications also appear under Notices for you in the bell in the top bar.

Privacy & Telemetry

Search for Privacy & Telemetry in the top bar to open it. There you can stop the automatic reports of console errors that are sent to the operating team, using Stop automatic telemetry (opt out). Feedback you send yourself still arrives.

Active Apps and Screens

Active Apps in Global lists the apps your company has activated; apps are activated per company. Knowledge is the Core App. Select an app to see its units in the middle column; pick one and its settings open on the right.

  • Brands — for apps that work per brand the middle column lists brands: create a New Brand or edit one
  • Instances and Themes — for the website it lists sites; the theme products sit on the App-wide settings row
  • Add-ons — inside a brand's settings, switch capabilities on per brand (see the Add-ons page)

Screens decides what each brand's dashboards show: the widgets, their names and the screen title. It is shown to Admins and the Owner. New apps are activated in the App Store, which is shown to the Owner.

Your own settings

Open these from your avatar at the top right.

  • My Account — account ID, email address, display name, status and the date you joined
  • UI language — switch between 日本語 and English right in the menu; it is saved to your account
  • My preferences — display settings kept only in this browser

On the My preferences screen:

  • Sidebar — Start collapsed on load
  • Tabs — Keep tabs across browser windows, and Clear stored tabs
  • Recently visited — Clear recent visits
  • Stored in this browser — see what is stored, and Reset all display settings to start over
