A specialist’s information site

The AI remembers what you wrote where.

Years of articles are your biggest asset. But the more there are, the harder it is to remember what you wrote where. On the OS, the AI turns your articles into a map sorted by topic. Every morning it has the articles that need care and the topics worth writing next waiting for you. Writing, fixing and publishing stay your call.

Until now

The more you wrote, the more it stalled here.

It is not about writing skill. The number of articles simply outgrows what one person can remember.

Old explanations linger somewhere

Rules and figures change, but you cannot recall which article from which year mentions them. Site search does not catch a line buried mid-article. Readers trusting outdated advice is the last thing a specialist wants.

The next article is a guess

What are readers looking for right now, and have you already covered it? With no time to check, you start writing — and later find three similar articles.

The same questions, again and again

Many questions are already answered in your articles. Still, finding the right one and pointing people to it takes your time, every time.

What the AI understands

First, the AI learns this business.

Put it on the OS and the AI first learns what the business is: what it sells, to whom, and what matters. Once that is set, every suggestion after it is made for this business.

Your field and your readers

Who you write for — people in the job or people heading into it — and how deep you go.

Your articles and what is in them

Like the index at the back of a book, your pile of articles becomes a map you can look up by topic.

What you state, and what you do not

Where you avoid firm claims, how you cite sources, and where you draw the line at “please ask me directly”.

The path to a consultation

Which consultation or service you point readers to, and in what words.

One day

Get your writing time back.

By morning the watching and the groundwork are done, and only what needs your judgment is left.

OS iXanagi watches, the AI searches and drafts; you write, fix and publish.

  1. 07:00

OS iXanagi — One update on a public page you watch. The article closest to it has arrived as a candidate to fix.

  2. 08:30

You — You read the update and decide to fix that article.

  3. 09:00

AI — For that article, a rewrite of the paragraphs that change is ready. Nothing is published on its own.

  4. 09:20

You — You read, adjust the wording, and publish.

  5. 13:00

AI — Three questions at the site’s chat. Two were answered from your articles, with links. The one your articles do not cover is passed to you, unanswered.

  6. 13:15

You — You answer that one yourself, and keep it as a seed for a future article.

Work you hand over

Routine work: set the workflow and the time, then hand it over.

Anything you do the same way every time can become a workflow, and the AI follows its steps. Make it an automation with a set time — “every morning at 7” — and it starts even if you forget. The points where it stops for a person to decide are written into the workflow from the start.

What goes on the OS

What this business puts on the OS.

Apps on the OS

  • Knowledge
  • Website

Add-ons and connectors

  • Search and analytics
  • Website chat

Your articles and their topic map live in Knowledge, published pages in Website, and plans for what to write next in Marketing. Search records and the site’s chat are added as connectors.

Where this stands

Running in our own brands (as of October 2026) Importing articles, building the topic map, and suggesting and approving merges of words with the same meaning run on CloudEffects’ own information site for nurses (143 topics, 2,640 links between articles and topics). When you fix an explanation, pages that point to it show the new wording automatically, and briefs are marked “Needs review”. Watching official pages and choosing the next article from search records are workflows built on top of that. You set the times and steps to fit your work.

FAQ

What people ask.

  • Its drafts are built from your articles and the pages you chose, and list the articles they drew on. Asked something your articles do not cover, it makes nothing up and passes it to you. Whether to publish is always your decision.

  • No. Your whole site is read in to build the map. Pages such as category listings stay, rebuilt as pages that gather “articles on this topic”.

  • No. The AI only lists them as “these may mean the same thing”. They are combined only when you approve — because things that look alike are sometimes different topics.

Defined

Leave the digging to the AI. Keep the expert judgement.

Start by putting into words, with the AI, who you write for, what, and how far.
