Billing and usage

Global has three screens.

• Subscription — subscriptions for the apps you activated
• Invoices — this month's estimate and finalized invoices
• Usage — how much AI you used, and where

All three are shown to the Owner.

Billing for activated Apps (one subscription per App) shows one row per app.

• App and Plan
• Status — Trial, Active, Past due, Paused, Canceled or Expired
• Price
• Trial / Next renewal — when the trial ends, when it renews, or when it was canceled

The monthly total for active subscriptions appears underneath. AI usage is charged separately. If no app is activated, you see No subscriptions.

• Estimated charges this month (current billing period) — subscriptions plus AI usage, shown as an estimated total
• Finalized invoices — one invoice per period, with the status Draft, Issued, Paid, Overdue or Cancelled

A paid invoice has a Receipt button. Open it and press Save as PDF / Print to print the receipt alone or save it as a PDF. The receipt is written in your brand's language.

• AI usage (this month), AI calls (this month) and AI usage (all time) — the three figures at the top
• AI usage breakdown (by module · this month) — which features used AI
• Other metrics — usage other than AI

Using the AI chat or workflows shows up here.

AI use is measured in credits; you never deal with tokens or models.

• AI Chat — the footer shows how many credits are left out of the total
• AI Providers (in Console settings) — AI credits shows this cycle's plan-included credits, purchased credits and what has been used. Shown to the Owner

When you run on your own AI credential, credits are not consumed and the screen says so. Transcribing audio costs one credit per minute. When the included credits run out, AI stops until next month.

Press Activate in the App Store and that app's subscription starts; a row is added under Subscription. Apps with a trial show how many days it lasts. Knowledge is Built in and comes installed.

The App Store is shown to the Owner. View billing at the bottom of the screen takes you to Subscription.
