Getting started

What happens when you press the button.

Press the gold “Define your business with AI” button and a consultation with the AI begins. The business definition itself is finished after you create an account, by correcting the AI’s draft. This page explains, in order, what a business definition is, what you do, and what happens after.

What a business definition is

The sheet you hand a new hire on day one.

When someone new joins your shop, what do you tell them first? “This is the kind of shop we are, these are our customers, and this one thing you must always keep.” A business definition is that talk, written down as one document.

The difference is that it is read not only by people but also by the AI. It is not a long book. It is an ordinary document, short enough to read on one page.

What you sell

Your products and services, and their variations — size, colour, plan, number of sessions.

Who it is for

The customers you most want, and what troubles them.

Why people choose you

Why they come to you and not someone else.

Your promises

What you do — and what you have decided you will not do.

What the AI may do, and what a person decides

How far to hand over, and where it comes back to a person.

The tools you already use

Email, bookings, an online shop. Recorded so they can be connected, not replaced.

What you have not decided yet

Not a gap, but a proper part of it. What is undecided is written down as undecided.

Why the AI needs it

An AI cannot work for a company it does not know.

However clever an AI is, it knows nothing about your company. Ask it without that, and you get answers that fit anyone. The business definition is the first page the AI reads to know your company.

What you do

You never start from a blank page. You correct the AI’s draft.

It is not a writing job. After you create an account, it is time spent talking with the AI about your company.

  1. Tell it

Give it one web address, hand over a document, or write a few lines. Any one of these is enough to start.

  2. A draft appears

The AI reads it and lays out a draft in 30 to 120 seconds (measured in our environment). Each sentence shows whether it was read from your material, inferred, or unknown.

  3. Correct it

Change only what is wrong. Anything you are unsure of can stay “not decided yet” and be settled later.

  4. Confirm it

“Yes, this is my business.” Only you can do this. The AI never confirms on your behalf.

What the definition covers

You talk to get a draft, correct it, confirm it, and read it as one document.

If you already have documents

Start from what you already have.

A company profile, a business plan, notes on common questions. If you have written something, hand it over. These are the forms it can read.

What to prepare

If you have these, that is enough.

Your current website address

If you have one. You can start without it.

Any documents that explain your business

Company profile, business plan, notes on common questions. If you have none, talking is enough.

What you sell, and its variations

Size, colour, plan, number of sessions. One of the first questions.

The email address you use with customers

Just the address and the kind — Gmail, Outlook and so on. Today only Gmail can be connected.

What you do not need

It does not have to be perfect.

The AI’s draft is ready in 30 to 120 seconds (measured in our environment). Reading and fixing it takes as long as you like — you do not have to finish in one sitting.

Every answer

What you do not know stays “not decided yet”.

Polished writing or jargon

The words you use with customers every day are enough.

Passwords

Please do not write passwords here. Connecting your tools is done on a dedicated screen.

When you start from a business plan

It will not ask about what is already written, and it will not fill in what is not. Things you plan to do are kept as plans, and numbers not yet tested are kept as assumptions — never treated as facts.

What happens next

Your first week, after you start.

First you talk with the AI about your business and decide whether to sign up. After you sign up, you correct and confirm the business definition the AI drafted. From there, a first week might go like this. Almost all of your part is reading and deciding.

One example week (a rough guide). It moves with the size of your site and your schedule.

  1. Start

Talk with the AI about your business. Decide whether to sign up after the conversation.

  2. Day 1

Sign up. Correct the AI’s draft and confirm “yes, this is my business”. Load your current website into Knowledge and turn it into a map of topics.

  3. Day 2

Activate only the Apps you need — say, Website and Support. Nothing to move, nothing to retype.

  4. Day 3

The AI’s first proposals line up in the Approval Inbox. Their basis: your business definition and the site it read.

  5. Day 4

Read and decide: approve, edit or reject. What you decide becomes material for the next proposals.

  6. Day 7

Give your first workflow a time to run (an automation).

If you want help with the first week

If you would like us to go through this week with you, there is an optional setup service (Business Setup).

Your first workflows

Work that is the same every time — set the steps and the time, and hand it over.

Work you do the same way every time can become a workflow, and the AI follows its steps. Make it an automation with a set time, like “every morning at 7”, and it starts even if you forget. The places where it stops for a person to decide are written into the workflow from the start.

Last week’s inquiries, summed up

Mondays, 9:00

  • AI: Gather last week’s inquiries
  • AI: Sort them into frequent questions and unanswered ones
  • You: Choose which to write about (it stops and waits here)
  • AI: Draft the ones you chose

Thank-you note and shipping prep

When an order comes in

  • AI: Read the order
  • AI: Draft a thank-you note in your words
  • You: Check the note and decide whether to send

Last month in numbers

1st of the month, 9:00

  • AI: Gather last month’s orders, receipts and costs
  • AI: Put together a summary
  • You: Read it and set next month’s course
Building a workflow

Workflows run at the time you set. If you are unsure how to put one together, we can build it with you through the optional setup service (Business Setup).

FAQ

What people ask.

  • The AI’s draft is ready in 30 to 120 seconds (measured in our environment). You only fix what is wrong. Reading and fixing takes as long as you like, and you do not have to finish in one sitting.

  • Talking with the AI costs nothing. The business definition is finished after you create an account. The setup service where we work through it with you (Business Setup) is optional.

  • Yes. Anything undecided can stay “not decided yet”. You can decide whether to sign up after talking with the AI.

  • No. They are used only to build your business definition and to work within your company. Other companies cannot see them.

  • That is fine. You talk, read, and fix what is wrong — much like marking up a paper document with a red pen.

  • Correct it. The draft is a proposal, and only you can confirm it. When the AI reads things again, it never overwrites lines you wrote or confirmed.

  • A business definition is not written once and left. You can change it any time. The earlier wording is kept, so you can see later when and why it changed.

Defined

Start by putting your business into words.

There is no blank page. The AI drafts; you fix what is wrong. What to put on the OS becomes clear from there.
