Answering the same question
Reply to each email by hand, or keep a FAQ page nobody reads.
Write it once as knowledge; the AI answers it, in your voice, at any hour.
Connector — Website chat
On your site’s “Ask our AI” page, visitors get answers built from the knowledge you chose to publish — searched by meaning, in your brand’s voice. When nothing close is found, it is built to hand the question to a person instead of guessing. This page’s own “Try it” is the same AI, answering about OS iXanagi.
Works
How it works
Five scenes: how the AI understands your knowledge and answers. The screens and diagrams are illustrations; the shop, prices and scores are examples.

Questions arrive on your site’s “Ask our AI” page. The answer comes back on the spot, and when the AI cannot answer from your knowledge, it offers to pass the question to a person. The shop and wording are examples.
Compared with a FAQ bot
A keyword FAQ bot returns the reply you registered when a question matches. Here the AI searches the knowledge your business already keeps — the same knowledge your site, LINE and AI tools use — and builds an answer from it.
| A keyword FAQ bot | OS iXanagi website chat | |
|---|---|---|
| Where answers come from | Question-and-answer pairs you registered | Your published knowledge, searched by meaning |
| Different wording | Misses unless the words match | Close meaning still finds the answer |
| When it can’t answer | A fixed message | Told to hand over to a person, not guess |
| Prices | Whatever was typed into the reply | Your price data, when acting as a sales guide |
| After the conversation | A log line | A lead in Sales, with the questions attached |
Who it suits
Nights and weekends, answered from your knowledge.
Clinics, schools, consultants — where “is this for me?” comes first.
Answer once in your knowledge; the AI answers it every time.
A visitor ready to talk becomes a lead, with what they asked.
What it does
With the rest of OS iXanagi
The chat is a window onto the knowledge your business already keeps. Improve the knowledge, and the site, LINE and your AI tools all answer better at once.
The conversation and the AI
A conversation is not training data. Nothing a visitor writes is used to train an AI model, by us or by the AI providers we use. The AI reads the conversation only to answer it on the spot. What is recorded, what happens by itself, and what stays a human decision: four cards.
What changes
What it needs
Every App comes with the plan. Unless an App is activated, its capabilities cannot be used — from the screen or the API.
The chat lives on your site’s “Ask our AI” page; there is no floating bubble or embed for other sites. Sources are used to build the answer but are not shown to visitors. The reply language follows the page’s language. Handing over instead of guessing is an instruction to the AI, not a hard stop, so check answers to questions your knowledge doesn’t cover. Hand-overs land as Sales leads. Limits apply: 2,000 characters per message, 20 turns per conversation, and per-visitor and per-brand daily caps.
FAQ
Knowledge you chose to publish, and text already on your public pages. Lessons written from support cases and deals, and unpublished drafts, are not used.
It uses only close knowledge (0.70 and above), and when nothing close is found it is told to hand over rather than guess. That is an instruction to the AI, not a guarantee, so review answers on topics your knowledge doesn’t cover — and add the knowledge.
When the AI acts as a sales guide, from your product and price records. Otherwise it is told not to guess prices.
Yes. “Talk to a person” turns the visitor into a lead in Sales, with their recent questions attached. One conversation makes one lead.
Message length, turns per conversation, requests per visitor per minute and hour, and requests per brand per day are all capped. Past the limit, the chat offers to pass the visitor to a person.
Not as training. No conversation is used to train an AI model, by us or by the AI providers we use. Answers get better when you fix or add the knowledge you publish.
Yes. A conversation stays, with what the AI answered. A conversation where the visitor pressed “Talk to a person” becomes a Sales lead with the latest questions attached. No other conversation becomes knowledge or a lead on its own.
