Marketing
Marketing tells you what to write next. It turns your positions into content plans, spreads them into a draft for each channel, and brings the results back to the positions they came from.

What this app is for
Marketing is where you decide what your company stands for, spread that into articles and posts, and refine it from the response.
It is one flow. Turn positions into plans (Strategy Designer). Turn plans into a draft for each channel (Delivery). Measure the response (Analytics). Feed what you learned into the next idea (Growth Cycle). All the material comes from Knowledge.
Menus
The Normal menu is shown by default. Switch to Simple with the icon at the right of the menu bar, and the menu becomes just Run via Chat, where you work by asking in chat.
Normal
- Strategy Designer — build your positions, profiles and plans, and connect them
- Delivery — derive a post for each channel from a plan, and manage progress and scheduling
- Analytics — see measured traffic and search data for your site, compared against your strategy
- Growth Cycle — run the improvement ideas the AI drafted, measure them, and record the conclusion
- KPI — see the targets you declared and how they are measured
- Sources — the way to bringing in material (importing itself happens in Knowledge's Sources)
Click Marketing in the menu bar to open the top page, with cards such as Marketing Health, Strategic Thesis Coverage, Recent Campaigns and Content Briefs. Which cards you see depends on your role.
Turn positions into plans (Strategy Designer)
In Strategy Designer you build your company's positions (theses), who you speak to (profiles) and your content plans, viewing them as Graph, Columns or List. Each plan says who it is for, what question it answers and where it leads.
When you use Let the AI draft it, nothing is applied straight away. It is settled only when you press Accept (human decision). Derive topics creates topic units as well.
When AI writing comes out thin, the cause is usually the inputs, not the writing. For each topic you choose what goes in: your own thinking, your stance, what has resonated before, real search terms, evidence and sources. When there is nothing to work from, it says so instead of filling the gap with something plausible.
Change a position, and the plans and pages that follow from it are marked for review. Editing is available to Admins and Owners; other roles can view.
One plan, a draft for each channel (Delivery)
Delivery has three tabs: Composer (design → channel posts), Planner (progress) and Campaign (bundles). Press Derive delivery in Composer, and you get a draft rebuilt for each channel you have registered. Channels you do not use get no drafts. Posts are derived from a plan, not written from scratch by hand.
A post moves through Draft, Ready, Scheduled and Published, and is marked for review when its source changes.
How a draft goes out depends on the channel. On LINE and WhatsApp, an approved message is delivered as it is. For social posts and email, a person pastes the approved draft and sends it. Ad copy stops at the draft; nothing is placed automatically. Nothing leaves before you approve it.
Measure the response (Analytics and KPI)
Analytics shows data imported from Google Analytics and Search Console — daily page views, search clicks and impressions, top pages and top queries — over 28, 90 or 365 days. Each source shows whether it is connected and when data was last imported. The connection is read-only and made with your consent.
The searches reaching your site are ranked not by volume but by room to grow: terms people search for often, which your knowledge does not yet answer, rise to the top. Strategy vs. Reality puts the measurements beside your positions.
Traffic to an article is traced back to its plan and on up to the position behind it, and counted per position. Where a purchase's path is known, the sale is recorded against the position too. KPI is where the targets people declared are kept, separately from what was measured.
Try it and record the conclusion (Growth Cycle)
Growth Cycle starts with What to decide now. Improvement ideas the AI drafted move from Proposed (not started) to Live, Measuring and Done; an idea you drop becomes Passed over.
To finish an idea, open the conclusion dialog, choose whether it worked, did not work or is still unclear, write what you learned, what to keep and what to stop, then press Record the conclusion.
A position that has gathered enough lessons is marked Worth revisiting. You can have the AI draft a revision, and you decide whether to adopt or reject it. The AI never rewrites a position on its own.
How it connects to the other apps
The material for positions and plans comes from Knowledge. To add material, go from Marketing's Sources to Knowledge's Sources with Open Knowledge Sources.
Plans become Website pages, and Delivery's drafts go out to each channel. Lessons from the Growth Cycle become proposals to Knowledge, and turn into company knowledge only when you accept them.
