A shop or salon that sells on LINE
Your LINE answers “Which size should I get?” while you sleep.
LINE questions arrive after you close. By the time you reply in the morning, they have bought somewhere else. On the OS, the AI is built to answer night-time questions from your shop’s own knowledge, and to leave anything it doesn’t know for you in the morning. Broadcast drafts and notes to customers who have bought from you before are ready and waiting, too. Whether anything is sent is always your call.
Until now
Doing it alone, this is where it stopped.
You know how to do all of this. You just cannot do it while you are serving customers.
Night questions wait until morning
“What size is it?” “Any openings today?” LINE questions pile up after closing and late at night. LINE’s auto-reply only answers the keywords you set up. Reply in the morning and the moment has passed.
Broadcast copy eats Friday evening
What to send and how to word it — every single week. Yet sending the same kind of message to everyone gets you ignored, and more people block you.
You never check in with past buyers
Your follower count keeps growing, but you have no time to check in with regulars who bought from you before. By the time you notice, months have passed.
What the AI understands
First, the AI learns this business.
Put it on the OS and the AI first learns what the business is: what it sells, to whom, and what matters. Once that is set, every suggestion after it is made for this business. There is no need to register keywords and reply texts one by one, as with LINE’s auto-reply.
Products, services and prices
What you sell and for how much; seasonal items, staples, what you recommend.
Common questions and your answers
Sizes, booking, holds, shipping — and the way you usually answer.
Who your customers are
First-timers, regulars, people who have gone quiet — and what each should hear from you.
Your promises, and what you never do
Words you never use in a broadcast; never letting the AI promise a discount; the tone of your replies.
One day
Ten minutes in the morning, last night’s LINE is handled.
Just after 10 p.m.: “I usually wear M — which size should I get in this knit?” The AI answers from your shop’s knowledge (your size guide and the way you usually answer) and adds products you have registered, as cards.
At 11:40: “Could you hold it for three days?” Your hold policy is not in the shop’s knowledge, so it does not answer. It replies “Let us check, and we’ll get back to you tomorrow” and leaves it for you.
In the morning, that one question is all you look at. Reply, then add “holds are up to three days” to your shop’s knowledge and publish it, and next time the AI answers on its own. That's how it's built to answer.
What it knows, the AI answers. What it doesn't, it leaves for you.

If you usually wear M, M fits well. For a looser fit, we suggest L. Here are some of our items.

Work you hand over
Routine work: set the workflow and the time, then hand it over.
Anything you do the same way every time can become a workflow, and the AI follows its steps. Make it an automation with a set time — “every morning at 7” — and it starts even if you forget. The points where it stops for a person to decide are written into the workflow from the start.

Your shop’s knowledge and way of answering live in Knowledge, products and prices in Commerce, LINE conversations in Support, broadcasts in Marketing. Add the LINE connector and the add-on that shows products inside LINE. To ask for payment after a conversation, add payment links (the link to the payment page is sent by email).
Being tested (as of October 2026) On October 2, 2026 we ran it end to end on CloudEffects’ own LINE Official Account, with real LINE messages: a question came in, the AI answered from the shop’s knowledge, and the reply went out. It is built not to force an answer to what it does not know. Sending products back as LINE cards is in as well.
Broadcasts can go to all friends, or to people picked by a tag or by what they bought.
Payment links send the link to the payment page by email.
FAQ
What people ask.
You no longer need to build auto-replies (registering keywords and reply texts) in your LINE Official Account. The AI answers in plain words from your shop’s knowledge, shows real products as cards, and holds back what it was not taught. So that customers don’t get two replies, turn auto-reply off and the webhook on in LINE’s settings.
It is not zero setup, though. Your products and prices, common questions and your answers, and your rules need to be put into your shop’s knowledge and published once. Published knowledge is used the same way on LINE and in your website chat.
It's built to answer only from what is in your shop’s knowledge, and not to force an answer to what it doesn’t know: it says “We’ll check and reply” and leaves it to you. It never promises discounts or stock on its own.
A reply sent on the spot to an incoming question goes through LINE’s Reply API, which LINE does not count toward your monthly messages (a reply that fails and is re-sent as a push does count). Messages sent later — like your reply the next morning — and broadcasts do count (per LINE’s plan page, as of October 2026). The AI’s work on each reply uses your OS iXanagi plan’s AI credits, not LINE’s allowance.
No. The AI only prepares drafts. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Yes. You connect the account you already have. There is nothing to rebuild and no followers to win back.
Customers tap a product card and buy on the product page. To ask for payment after a conversation, payment links send a link to a payment page by email.
Leave the night replies to the AI. Keep your mind on your customers.
Start by putting your products, prices and usual answers into words with the AI.
