Welcome to OS iXanagi
OS iXanagi keeps your company's knowledge in one place, and every app works from it. The AI searches, sums up and drafts. You decide, and what you approve is carried out by fixed code. This page is where to begin: what to read first, the words you will meet, and which app to open for what you want to do.

Words to know first
- Tenant — your company. Members, settings and the apps you activate are gathered under the tenant.
- Brand — a face of your company that customers see. Knowledge, websites and products are kept per brand; switch brands at the top of the screen.
- App — a set of screens for one kind of work: Knowledge, Website, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Support and others. Knowledge comes installed; you activate only the others you need.
- Knowledge — your company's explanations, ways of working and business assumptions. Only what you adopt from what the AI finds becomes knowledge, and every app reads it.
- Pending approvals — where everything waiting for a person's decision gathers. Actions that go outside or cannot be undone wait here until someone approves them.
