Who we are
AI that understands meaning, not only words.
CloudEffects LLC is a small team of engineers and operators — people who run businesses day to day. We believe AI becomes truly useful to a company only when it understands that company — not just the words it uses, but what they mean.
Inside OS iXanagi the roles are clearly split. You decide, the AI helps, and OS iXanagi is the tool for both.
- You — the one who decides — What the business is for and what matters in it. The final call is always yours.
- The AI — the one who helps — It understands your business, works out what to do next and offers it. It does not decide.
- OS iXanagi — the tool — The tool the AI uses to understand your business and get work done. What goes on it is your choice.
Model the business as meaning first. Let the functions follow.
Most software treats a business as a collection of buttons, forms and tables. That is why AI added afterwards stays shallow: it has no picture of the business to think with.
Why meaning first
Not an address book. A map.
An address book tells you where each house is, but not which road leads where. Only with a map can you say “this way is quicker”. Ordinary software holds an address book; OS iXanagi gives the AI a map — who you promise what to, and which explanation connects to which. Knowing that is what lets the AI make proposals that hold together.

AI proposes, people decide
Sending, publishing, money and deletion happen only with your approval, or within a scope, budget and time limit you set when delegating to the AI. What actually happens is always in human hands.
The aim is your outcome
Not how tidy the system looks inside, but how many inquiries actually arrived. Every AI proposal comes with the reason it moves you that way.
We say when we do not know
Until an effect is measured, we say “estimated to help (not measured yet)” and never state it as fact. What is not built, we say is not built.
No skipping steps
It will not recommend the next stage before the previous one is in place. It is not built to push what we would like to sell.
Your data is yours
What you connect is used only for the purpose you connected it, and you can disconnect any time. Google services are connected with your explicit consent: analytics and search data are read-only, and connecting an inbox asks for permission to send and receive.
Safety comes first
Sensitive information is encrypted and only those who need it can see it. When in doubt, the system stops rather than guesses.
Business model
Not advertising. Not selling data.
OS iXanagi is software you subscribe to month by month. The price per brand includes every App and a monthly allowance of AI credits. LINE, WhatsApp and voice capture are monthly add-ons.
Our income comes only from these fees and from an optional setup service (Business Setup) for those who want it. The more your business grows, the longer you stay with us — so what is good for us points the same way as what is good for you.

Prices are published on the products page, in USD: OS iXanagi is $299 a month for one brand with every App included ($199 for founding customers, fixed for 12 months), each additional brand $149, Enterprise from $15,000 a year and Dedicated from $2,500 a month, by quote. They are provisional while we tune them.
We use it ourselves
Our first customer is us.
CloudEffects’ own business and our own brands run on OS iXanagi — including the site you are reading now. We use the same screens our customers do, so anything awkward bothers us first.
OS iXanagi is an operating system. As with the one on your computer, what it achieves depends on what you put on it. See a few examples of which business goes on it, and what the AI understands and proposes.

Start by putting your business into words.
Whose problem you solve, and how. Answer the AI’s questions or hand it your materials, and it drafts your business definition. Only the sentences you confirm become the definition. Putting it on OS iXanagi comes after that.
