Dashboard

Home and the top page of every app are dashboards made of widgets. You decide what goes on them and where.

Home and app top pages

Open "Home" in the sidebar and you land on a dashboard headed "Welcome back", with today's date and the brand you have selected underneath.

Each app's top page is a dashboard built the same way. On Home you can choose from every widget. On an app's dashboard you choose from that app's widgets plus "Quick Links".

The first time you open a dashboard, it already holds a starting set that fits your role.

Widgets for any dashboard

These widgets are not tied to a single app.

  • My work — what is assigned to you, most urgent first.
  • Attention — automation and workflow runs that failed today, and events still waiting to be processed.
  • Active Workflows — workflows running right now.
  • Today's Schedule — automations set to run on a schedule, with roughly when each runs next.
  • Pending Approvals — everything waiting for approval across the apps you have turned on.
  • This Week — the last 7 days of workflow and automation runs, counted by status.
  • Today's Suggestions — the AI's suggested next moves, each with a way to the screen where you do that work.
  • Recently Visited — the last 8 things you opened.
  • Quick Links — every menu of the app you are in. It can go on any app's dashboard.

Widgets by app

An app's widgets can go on that app's dashboard and on Home.

  • Knowledge — "Knowledge Health" (counts, pending proposals, gaps), "Knowledge Objects" (your company knowledge), "Pending Proposals" (knowledge edits waiting for a person's decision), "Drafts in Progress" (knowledge still in draft)
  • Website — "Site Overview" (brand, site, theme, published and draft page counts), "Outcomes (30 days)" (declare what counts as an outcome and see how many landed; nothing is measured until a goal exists), "Recently Edited Pages", "Website Pages" (every page of the site, filterable by language, type and status)
  • Marketing — "Marketing Health", "Strategic Thesis Coverage" (how many of the 5 strategy aspects the brand has put into words), "Recent Campaigns", "Content Briefs", "Review Queue" (everything flagged "needs review" by an upstream change)
  • Sales — "Sales Health" (deals, leads and quotes), "Recent Leads"
  • Support — "Support Health" (open cases, SLA status, resolution stats), "Support Cases"
  • Commerce — "Outstanding balances" (what is still unsettled by kind and counterparty; it also says whether the figures were recomputed from the ledger or read from a saved snapshot)

Who sees which widget

A widget only appears for people who can work with what it shows.

  • An app's widgets appear when that app is shown to you. Some are also limited by role; Admins and Owners see every widget of the apps shown to them.
  • "My work" appears if you hold "Work in Sales" or "Work in Support".
  • "Attention", "Active Workflows", "Today's Schedule" and "This Week" appear if you hold "Run Automation".
  • "Pending Approvals" appears if you hold "Approve Content" or "Run Automation".
  • "Today's Suggestions" appears if you hold "Use AI Assistance".
  • "Recently Visited" and "Quick Links" appear for everyone.

Admins and Owners can use "View as role" to check how the dashboard looks to people in other roles.

Adding, removing and arranging

Press "Edit layout" at the top right to start editing.

  • Add widget — pick widgets from the list. You can search it, and widgets already placed are marked "Already on dashboard".
  • Move and resize — drag a widget's header to move it; drag its corner to resize it.
  • Remove — press × to take it off the dashboard.
  • Reset to defaults — go back to the default arrangement.

When you are done, press "Save". "Cancel" puts back the arrangement you had before editing. The arrangement is saved in this browser, and a widget you removed does not come back on its own.

Screens where you choose where to save

Some app screens have an "Edit layout" button that also lets you choose where the arrangement is saved.

  • Under "Save to", choose "only me", "this brand", "the whole tenant" and so on. Which choices you get depends on your permissions.
  • "Current layout: …" at the top tells you whose arrangement you are looking at.
  • A card you hide goes into "Hidden cards", where you can show it again.
  • "Reset to defaults" clears the arrangement saved at the chosen level, so the screen falls back to the one beneath it.
