A YouTuber who wants to grow

Your next video idea is already in your search data.

Your viewers keep typing “I want to know this” into search. Those words stay in the search records for your site. What you said in past videos stays, too, as captions. On the OS, the AI reads the two side by side and lines up “what people search for that you have not covered yet”, ready for you. What to film is always your call.

Until now

By hand, this is where it stopped.

None of this is hard to do. There are simply too many videos and too much search data to get through.

Search words go unread

People reach your site by searching things like “how to do X”. But you have no time to open the search records and check which of those you have already covered in a video.

Every idea starts from zero

Each new idea starts with a blank page. You do not remember exactly what you have already said. Sometimes you film the same thing twice.

One video, used once

Thirty minutes of talk could also be a blog post, short vertical clips and a community post. Rewriting takes too long, so once it is uploaded you move on.

What the AI understands

First, the AI learns this business.

Put it on the OS and the AI first learns what the business is: what it sells, to whom, and what matters. Once that is set, every suggestion after it is made for this business.

What your channel is about

What you talk about, and where your topic stops.

Who is watching

Who comes to watch, and with what problem. Beginners, or people who know the ground.

How you talk

Your phrases, how firmly you state things, words you never use — so drafts sound like you.

What you have decided not to say

Products you will not recommend, topics you avoid, promises you keep.

One day

The morning after an upload, the next moves are ready.

When you post a video, its captions come into Knowledge as material. Set up the steps below (“One video, used many ways”) as a workflow, and by the next morning the AI has done the drafts and the comparison, and what you look at is a short list to choose from.

The AI reads, compares and drafts; you decide what to film and what to publish.

  1. 08:00

AI — Yesterday’s captions are in. From them: drafts for one blog post, three ideas for short vertical clips and one community post.

  2. 08:40

You — You read the post, fix two phrases and publish it. You keep two of the short-clip ideas.

  3. 12:00

AI — Last week’s search records show many people reaching your site looking for “how to choose tools”. It is a topic none of your past videos cover.

  4. 12:10

You — You add it to the list of next ideas.

  5. 18:00

AI — An outline for that video is ready, ordered by the words people searched for, with links to the related past videos.

  6. 18:30

You — You add your own experience to the outline. Filming is at the weekend.

Work you hand over

Routine work: set the workflow and the time, then hand it over.

Anything you do the same way every time can become a workflow, and the AI follows its steps. Make it an automation with a set time — “every morning at 7” — and it starts even if you forget. The points where it stops for a person to decide are written into the workflow from the start.

What goes on the OS

What this business puts on the OS.

Apps on the OS

  • Knowledge
  • Marketing
  • Website

Add-ons and connectors

  • YouTube
  • Search and analytics

What you say in your videos gathers in Knowledge as one map. Planning what to film next lives in Marketing, and the posts born from your videos live on Website. YouTube captions and your site’s search records connect through connectors.

Where this stands

Being tested (as of October 2026) What we are checking is importing captions from your own channel through YouTube’s official route. Turn on YouTube on the Connectors screen, and Knowledge › Sources shows buttons to add a video, a playlist or a channel. A playlist comes in up to 50 videos at a time, and captions of your own videos are read only when caption permission is included in the Google connection. Turning a video into articles, short-video ideas or a script outline is not a built-in feature; you set it up as a workflow, like the ones above.

FAQ

What people ask.

  • Only YouTube’s official route is used. Nothing reads the screens by machine. What comes in is the captions of your own channel.

  • No. Nothing in this system trains an AI on what you import. It only organises the content so it can be found later.

  • They cannot be imported. A video without captions is never added to your knowledge as an empty entry.

Defined

Leave the reading to the AI. You keep filming.

Start by putting your channel’s theme, your viewers and the way you talk into words with the AI.
