Add-ons

• Monthly add-ons — Sell & chat on LINE, Sell & chat on WhatsApp, and Voice capture. Each has a monthly fee plus the credits for the AI it uses, because sending messages and transcribing audio have real costs
• Commerce capabilities — quotes, invoicing, deposits and the like, switched on per brand. Each one you switch on adds its menus to Commerce

Even within one company, you can use one on this brand and not on that one.

When people ask on LINE or WhatsApp, the AI answers from your brand's knowledge. Whatever the channel, it reads the same knowledge.

You activate it under Connections in Global.

• Step 1: under Conversation channels, press Enable on LINE (or WhatsApp) to enable it for the tenant
• Step 2: for each brand, press Connect and paste the values from that brand's account

For WhatsApp, you provide the Meta WhatsApp Business account and phone number yourself. Message templates are created and approved in Meta; here you copy them in with Sync from Meta. See the Connectors page for the connection steps and for what needs approval before anything is sent.

Turn finished recordings — sales calls, meetings, interviews with your veterans — into material for your company's knowledge. The way in is Sources in Knowledge.

• Upload audio / transcribe audio from a URL — one credit per minute of audio; the audio itself is not stored
• Paste a transcript / import a transcript file — no transcription is done, so no credits are used

What you bring in comes back as candidate knowledge, like any other material.

In Global, open Active Apps, choose Commerce and pick a brand in the middle column. The Add-ons section of the brand's settings on the right lists its capabilities, each with its own switch.

Each row is in one of four states.

• Active on this brand — switched on
• Included — activate freely — no extra purchase needed
• Purchased, not yet active here — bought for the company, not yet on for this brand
• Not purchased — must be bought first; use Open App Store

Switching one off stops new work from using it; nothing already recorded is removed. Active Apps is shown to Admins and the Owner.

• Quote — turn an inquiry into a quote. Adds the Quotes menu
• Sourcing — find a supplier's products and decide what to buy. Adds Sourcing, Suppliers, Spend, Monthly settlement and Pricing Defaults
• Purchasing — orders to suppliers and receiving them. Adds Purchasing
• Logistics — record receiving, inspection, packing and shipping separately. Adds Logistics
• Invoicing — issue invoices. Adds Invoices
• Deposit — record money held for a customer. Adds Deposits
• Marketplace selling — list on a venue someone else owns, such as BUYMA. Adds Listings
• Payment links — pick a price and send a link to pay. Adds Payment links (shown to Admins and the Owner)

Credit limits and the list of subscriptions in dunning (At-Risk) are built into Commerce; there is nothing to switch on.
