Console tour

• Top bar — menu launcher, search, notifications, help, scope and your own menu
• Left rail — entrances such as Chat and Home, plus an icon for each app
• Middle — the screen you have open; when you open an app, its menus run along the top
• Right dock — AI Chat, Inspector and Editor
• Bottom pane — workflows and AI records

• ☰ — the Mega Menu; open any app from the list
• Search box ("Search objects, functions, knowledge...") — opens the command palette; ⌘K does the same
• Bell — Notices for you, Workflow activity, items awaiting your decision and Knowledge health in one place

Below them, under Apps, you see only the apps your company has activated and you are allowed to use (Knowledge, Website, Marketing, Sales, Support, Commerce and so on). Global is the app for running the whole company, shown to Admins and the Owner. The button at the bottom expands the rail to show labels.

When you open an app, its menus run along the top of the work area. Menus your role or your brand's capabilities do not allow are not shown. All menus lists every menu of that app.

Website and Marketing let you switch the menu type.

• Simple — chat-first; the menus are Dashboard and Run via Chat
• Normal — edit pages and strategy directly on screen and approve the AI's suggestions

Home and the top page of each app are dashboards made of cards (widgets). Use Add widgets to add or remove the cards available to your role. The cards themselves are explained on the Dashboard page.

The buttons on the far-right rail open a narrow work surface on the right. Only one is open at a time.

• AI Chat — where you talk to the AI; while the AI is working, its button pulses even when the pane is closed
• Inspector — read the attributes of what you have selected; read-only, edit it in its own app screen
• Editor — appears only on screens that have an editing surface, such as the Page Designer

Width switches between Side and Wide.

The icons at the bottom of the screen open a pane of records.

• Workflows — running and recent workflows
• AI Logs — the tools the AI chat used
• Knowledge use — which knowledge the AI used
• Sessions — your AI chat conversations
• Article sessions — article work in progress; archive one with a reason or reopen it

Which tabs you see depends on your permissions. Workflows is shown to people who can run automation, the others to people who can use AI assistance. Viewers do not see them.

Press your avatar at the top right.

• My Account — your name, email address and when you joined
• My preferences — display settings kept only in this browser
• Help — the way into the manuals
• UI language — switch between 日本語 and English; it is saved to your account, so another device opens in the same language
• CEO personality — choose the personality of the AI chat (when choices are offered)
• Sign out — also clears tabs and other screen state
