A BUYMA buy-to-sell shop
Spot the sell-out before your customer does.
Stock and prices at your suppliers change every day. Past 300 listings, nobody can check them all by eye. On the OS, an extension in your own Chrome re-reads the supplier pages you have captured once, at the interval you set, and records the stock. For a new item, press the button on its product page and it is captured; the AI drafts the listing. You just look and decide.
Until now
By hand, this is where it stopped.
None of this is hard to do. There is simply too much of it to do every day.
You learn of a sell-out after the order
The order comes in, you check the supplier, and it is gone. Cancellations cost you ratings and future orders. Checking every listing daily would prevent it — if you had the time.
You only know the profit after the sale
Exchange rates, shipping, duties, fees. What you calculated when listing drifts from what you actually keep. Thin or loss-making listings keep selling unnoticed.
Listings and questions eat the day
Color and size combinations, brand descriptions, replies to customers’ questions. The work before anything sells takes you to evening.
What the AI understands
First, the AI learns this business.
Put it on the OS and the AI first learns what the business is: what it sells, to whom, and what matters. Once that is set, every suggestion after it is made for this business.
Brands and price range
Which brands, at what price, to which customers.
Suppliers and how far to trust them
Which shops you buy from; whose stock data is reliable and whose lags.
How you set margins
The minimum you must keep to list, and how you allow for exchange rates.
Promises to customers
Days to ship, how you handle returns, the tone of your replies.
One day
Fifteen minutes in the morning, a day’s decisions done.
By the time you start, the extension has re-read the supplier pages and the AI has prepared drafts, leaving only what needs a decision. What you look at is that short list.
The extension checks, the AI drafts; you pause, list and send.
07:00
OS iXanagi — The supplier pages have been re-read. Six sold-out items are up as “pause or not”. Pages it could not read are set apart, not assumed to be out of stock.
08:30
You — You look at the list: pause five, and switch one to another supplier to keep it listed. Then you upload the stock CSV to BUYMA’s bulk listing.
10:00
AI — For the three new items you captured with the button yesterday, listing drafts are ready, with colors, sizes and descriptions.
10:20
You — You read the drafts, fix one spot, and list them through BUYMA’s bulk listing (CSV).
15:00
AI — Two customer questions. Draft replies in your usual style are waiting.
15:05
You — You read and send. That is the day’s work.
Work you hand over
Routine work: set the workflow and the time, then hand it over.
Anything you do the same way every time can become a workflow, and the AI follows its steps. Make it an automation with a set time — “every morning at 7” — and it starts even if you forget. The points where it stops for a person to decide are written into the workflow from the start.

Apps on the OS
- Knowledge
- Commerce
- Support
Add-ons and connectors
- Supplier watch
Products, orders and money live in Commerce, the brand’s knowledge and way of answering in Knowledge, customers’ questions in Support. The ability to look at suppliers is an add-on, used together with an extension in your own Chrome.
Being tested (as of October 2026) We are trying the way supplier items are captured on CloudEffects’ own BUYMA shop. The scheduled stock check is done by the extension in your own Chrome, while the browser is open. Changes reach BUYMA through BUYMA’s own bulk listing (CSV), uploaded by a person.
FAQ
What people ask.
Changes reach BUYMA through the bulk listing (CSV) that BUYMA provides, uploaded by a person. Nothing operates BUYMA’s screens by machine.
That item is never treated as “out of stock”; it is shown separately as “could not check”. This prevents the accident of pausing everything just because a page did not load.
The system never rules on whether you may use an image. It shows where the image came from and what to watch for; whether to use it is your call.
Leave the rounds to the AI. Keep your eye for the buy.
