Commerce feature — Subscriptions

It never gives up silently. It never charges silently.

With deliveries, memberships and monthly plans, the difference shows when a payment fails. The failures line up with their status, the first retries run on their own, and when they run out the next step comes to you as a decision.

How it works

What your customer sees, and what you decide.

Four scenes, from the customer’s page to a plan change. The screens are samples; the studio, people and prices are examples.

Your customer checks it on their own page
1Your customer checks it on their own page

Signing in with a link sent by email, the customer sees their plan, status, billing cycle, amount and next renewal date. A cancellation request needs a reason, and is recorded for a person to confirm.

Good to know

Recurring billing runs on Stripe only. Retries 1 to 3 follow your Stripe account’s retry settings. Pausing is shown when it is set on Stripe; it is not started from OS iXanagi. A customer’s cancellation request is recorded and confirmed by a person. Customers cannot change their card from their page.
