We respect intellectual property rights and expect our customers to do the same. Websites built with OS iXanagi are published by our customers, who are responsible for their content.
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content hosted through OS iXanagi infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with:
- your signature (physical or electronic);
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the URL of the material you want removed;
- your name, address, telephone number and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Designated agent: Copyright Agent, CloudEffects LLC, 400 Hauser Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036, USA, legal@cloudeffects.com
2. What we do
We will remove or disable the material, notify the customer who published it, and forward the notice.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe.
5. Outside the United States
Notices under Japanese law (such as the Provider Liability Limitation Act) may be sent to the same address.
