Three layers of knowledge
The knowledge the AI reads comes in three layers: the principles of the OS, the rules of each app, and your company's own knowledge. Each layer differs in who can change it and how the AI treats it.

The OS layer
The principles of OS iXanagi itself: stopping when something cannot be decided, the seven Core Domains, people making the decisions, and so on.
No customer company can rewrite this layer. The AI treats it as a premise with no room for interpretation.
The app layer
The working rules of each app — how pages are assembled, how a content plan is made. An app's rules are checked so that they do not contradict the OS layer. The AI follows them as it works.
Your company's layer
Knowledge only your company has: your tone of voice, the customers you want to reach, what your products promise, "this is how we handle that here".
This layer changes most often. It grows along one route: your material is imported, the AI pulls out candidates, and a person adopts them. Only when old articles are rebuilt in bulk does the machine adopt candidates whose evidence has been confirmed, recording the reason.
How the AI uses the layers
The knowledge given to the AI is supplied layer by layer. When the AI answers from your company's knowledge, you can trace the material it came from.
