1. Sign in and check where you are
After you sign in, Home opens. The rail on the left shows an icon for each app you can use.
Use the scope switcher at the top right to check which tenant, brand and site you are working in. If your company has several brands, this is where you switch between them. The parts of the screen are explained in the console tour.
2. Put your business into words
First, write a business definition together with the AI: what you sell, the customers you want, why they should choose you, what you do and do not do, and what the AI may handle versus what people decide. Think of the one page you would hand a new hire on their first day.
- Open Business Definition in Knowledge
- Draft from a description or URL — give it your website address (one page) or a description
- Draft from a document — give it a document you have (Word or text)
The AI drafts it in a minute or two and lists it as not confirmed. Fix only what is wrong with Edit, then press Confirm. Only you, signed in, can confirm it; the AI cannot confirm it for you.
3. Bring in what you already have
Load your current website from Migration under Site Ops in the Website app. Articles are grouped by topic, and the links between topics come to you as suggestions. Nothing has to be retyped.
Files and recordings you have are added from Sources in Knowledge.
4. Activate the apps you need
Apps are activated per company — Website and Support, for example. Press Activate in the App Store on the left rail, and the app is added to your company's console, with its icon on the left rail. Activating one involves no data migration.
The App Store is shown to the Owner.
5. Invite the people you work with
In Global, open Members, press Invite Member, enter an email address, choose a role and press Send Invitation. The role decides what that person can do. See Members and roles for details.
6. Read and decide
The AI's proposals come to you with their evidence. Press the bell in the top bar to see how many are awaiting your decision, and use Open the approval inbox to go to the list. Proposed changes to knowledge also appear under Proposals in Knowledge.
Your job is to read them and approve, edit or reject. What you decide is recorded, and what you adopt becomes the ground for the next round of knowledge. Work that follows the same steps every time can be set up as a workflow; it runs on its own and stops to wait wherever a decision is yours.
